Forty years of the same three chairs
Ray took the shop over from the man who trained him, kept the chairs, replaced the leather twice, and never changed the way the place works. You come in, you sit down, and somebody who has cut your hair before cuts it again.
There is no membership, no app, no upsell at the register. The price on the wall is the price. The only thing we ask is that you tell us honestly when it is not right, because we would rather fix it now than have you live with it for six weeks.

What we do and what it costs
Every price includes the wash and the finish. The time listed is the time the chair is yours, not an estimate we hope to beat.
Scissor cut over comb, tapered by hand, finished with a hot towel and a straight razor around the neck.
Clipper work from bare skin up through every guard, blended until the line disappears. Includes the neck shave.
The full ritual. Steam, lather, two passes with the razor, cold towel, balm. The best forty minutes of your week.
Shears and razor to set the line, cheek and neck cleaned up, hot towel and oil to close.
The Knox Cut and a full beard shape in one sitting, which is how most of our regulars book it.
Basin wash, scalp work, and a proper style with the dryer. No cut. Good before a room full of people.
Softens the grey without erasing it. Nobody should be able to tell, and nobody ever can.
Two chairs, side by side, back to back. One cut for you and one for the young man.
Add ons are chosen while you book, and each one adds its own time to the appointment so the chair after you is never rushed.
