Knox Nails keeps four chairs, not fourteen. Nobody is booked on top of you, nobody is finishing someone else while they start on you, and no service is quoted at a time it cannot actually be done in.
Walk in whenever you like. We keep chairs open every day for exactly that, and we will tell you honestly what the wait is rather than seat you and leave you waiting.

The room
Four chairs, and a 10 day promise.
Who is on the floor, when the door is open, what happens if something chips, and who gets a standing discount.
Four chairs, one pedicure room, and a rule about the volume. There is no television. The extractor runs the whole time you are in the building, and everything that touches you is either new or has been through the autoclave in front of you.
10 days. If a nail chips or lifts within 10 days of the appointment, come back and we will fix it. No charge, no argument, no receipt needed.
