SMS Terms

These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Project Knox. By providing your mobile number and ticking the SMS box on our contact form, you agree to them.

What you are agreeing to

You agree to receive text messages from Project Knox, sent from (331) 291-7400, at the mobile number you provided — about your inquiry and about our products, services and offers.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can ask us anything, get a quote, and become a customer without ever agreeing to be texted.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies — typically about 2 to 6 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Project Knox does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message. You can also email jeffbilbrey@getprojectknox.com or call (331) 291-7400.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE.

You may also opt out by emailing us, by telling us on any phone call, or by replying in your own words — we will honor a clear request to stop however you make it. You do not have to use a specific keyword.

After you opt out you will receive one message confirming it, and then no further messages. We will stop promptly, and in no event later than 10 business days after your request. Reply START if you ever want to resubscribe.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carrier participation can change without notice.

Your privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
