How the first visit goes.

We look.
Twenty minutes of standing, walking and bending while somebody watches properly. Most of the first visit is this.

We get it moving.
Hands-on work on whatever has stopped doing its job. You will know what we are doing, and why, before we do it.

We keep it there.
Three or four things that fit your actual week, and a plan only if you want one.
And if we cannot help, we will say so on day one and point you somewhere better.

Eight things, done properly
Every price above is the walk in rate. On a plan, adjustments are included and the rest come down. Nothing here needs a referral, and we do not sell packages of twenty visits up front.
Nobody here is going to crack your neck and send you on your way.

Pick a plan, or just come in once
No packages to buy up front and no year long contract. Every plan is month to month after three billing cycles, and you can add anyone in your household for $39 a month.
The Full Season
The one most people actually need.

Rather not commit to anything
Perfectly reasonable. Walk in, pay for the visit, decide later. Plenty of people never take a plan and we are fine with that.

Extra visits on any plan are $25. Plans bill monthly and can be paused. Knox Pops is a demonstration clinic, so these prices are illustrative, though they are set against real published rates from clinics in Chicago and across the US.
Three people, and you pick
You will see the same practitioner every visit unless you ask otherwise. Continuity is most of what makes this work, and it is the part most clinics quietly drop.
